1. What We Collect

Name, campus email, phone number, hostel/campus node, payment and UPI transaction references, garment photos submitted for CleanCheck™ verification, and app usage data (browsing, AI Stylist inputs, booking history).

2. How We Use It

To process rentals and swaps, verify garment condition, match you via the AI Stylist, coordinate locker handovers, process refunds/escrow, prevent fraud, and send booking or safety notifications. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Garment & Inspection Photos

CleanCheck™ photos are used solely for condition verification and dispute resolution and are retained for 180 days after a rental closes, then deleted.

4. Sharing

Limited data (first name, campus node, fit size) is shared with the peer you're renting from or swapping with. Payment processors and campus locker partners receive only what's needed to complete a transaction.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions and cart/bag state. No third-party ad-tracking cookies are used.

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time — see Delete Account.
