Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Rental Cancellations
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup: 100% refund. Within 24 hours: 50% refund. No-shows: rental fee forfeited, escrow returned.
2. Escrow Deposit
Your refundable student escrow hold is released to your original payment method within 24 hours of the outfit passing return inspection at the locker node.
3. Damage & CareShield
Minor wear-and-tear is covered by Reweara CareShield at no extra cost. Structural damage is assessed against timestamped pre-delivery photos; verified damage is deducted from escrow before the balance is refunded.
4. Hygiene / CleanCheck™ Failures
If a garment fails CleanCheck™ sanitization on your end and can't be handed over, you get a full refund plus a ₹100 wallet credit for the inconvenience.
5. Swap Vault Tokens
Swaps use tokens, not cash, so no monetary refund applies. If a peer cancels after confirmation, your token is restored immediately and you may re-match with another listing.
6. Lender Payouts
If a renter cancels within 24 hours or after pickup, the lender still receives 50–100% of the agreed payout depending on stage, credited within 3 business days.
7. How to Request
Raise a refund request from your booking in-app, or email support@reweara.s3tekcorp.in with your booking ID. Most refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
